Film Illiterate, wherein the proprietor records movies seen, and sporadic progress through assorted lists of the "best". Originally started after regretfully renting something forgettable for the third time. I've forgotten what, but never again! A tedious endeavour since 2005. Hello. 🙂
Heartbreaking to watch Robin Williams' performance here as Parry, a homeless man broken by the murder of his wife, knowing that he went on to commit suicide himself. But it's one of his best, and Jeff Bridges is great as angry radio personality Jack. I'm not a tremendous fan of Terry Gilliam; this might have been better without his overly stylistic flourishes.
