Film Illiterate, wherein the proprietor records movies seen, and sporadic progress through assorted lists of the "best". Originally started after regretfully renting something forgettable for the third time. I've forgotten what, but never again! A tedious endeavour since 2005. Hello. 🙂
The Karate Kid Part II was so dreadful that I would not have bothered with Part III if I had not heard about it's comical premise: Kreese (Martin Kove), left in disgrace after Cobra Kai loses the All Valley, turns to his old war buddy Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith) for help. Silver is a billionaire and cartoon villain whose main business seems to be the illegal dumping of toxic waste, but who clears his calendar to dedicate himself to ruining the lives of Daniel and Miyagi.
This element is almost "so bad it's good", but the madcap nonsense is paired with Daniel being even more unbearable than usual. Terry Silver is back for the upcoming season four of Cobra Kai, though, and I can't wait.
