Film Illiterate, wherein the proprietor records movies seen, and sporadic progress through assorted lists of the "best". Originally started after regretfully renting something forgettable for the third time. I've forgotten what, but never again! A tedious endeavour since 2005. Hello. 🙂
Enthralling psychological mystery-horror from Kim Ji-woon (A Bittersweet Life, The Good, the Bad, the Weird). It's a superb film in every respect and I am certain it will reward a second viewing -- it should be no great spoiler to say that the narration is not entirely reliable; even the most astute viewer is unlikely to guess the full complement of its twists ahead of time.
Kim Ji-woon's best film by a country mile, it's a fantastic start to this year's October horror season.
