Film Illiterate, wherein the proprietor records movies seen, and sporadic progress through assorted lists of the "best". Originally started after regretfully renting something forgettable for the third time. I've forgotten what, but never again! A tedious endeavour since 2005. Hello. 🙂
Clever courtroom drama based on the Agatha Christie play, elevated to greatness by an outstanding performance from the late lamented Charles Laughton. Even Marlene Dietrich doesn't do too badly; she still can't act, but she mostly doesn't have to. Pure delight from start to finish.
